Hampton police arrested four people during the weekend in connection with an August shooting death. They also opened investigations into two homicides that occurred Friday and Saturday. Meanwhile, police in Newport News are investigating a weekend homicide, and three people were shot to death Sunday in South Hampton Roads. In Hampton, 19-year-old Davon Tyrell Richardson was shot several times about 11 p.m. Saturday outside his apartment complex in the 100 block of Pembroke Avenue.
