HAMPTON - A record of calls made to the victim's cell phone led police to arrest two teens in the shooting death of a man in Hampton over the weekend. Guy Jr., 18, who police say has no fixed address, and Kevin Orlando Mitchell, 18, from , are charged with killing 30-year-old Alphonsia Dee Carter.
