NEWPORT NEWS — A Newport News man was found guilty in the slayings of two teenagers shot dead on 35th Street six years ago, with the jury recommending he get two life terms plus 23 years. Following a three-day jury trial in Newport News Circuit Court, Marcus Tyrone Williams, 23, was convicted of two first-degree murder charges, as well as gun and gang charges, in the slayings of Keon Flemming, 15, and Barry Richardson, 16.
