By of the Journal Sentinel An outside group for the first time is weighing in on this year's state Supreme Court race, spending about $400,000 to help recently appointed Justice Rebecca Bradley. The Wisconsin Alliance for Reform's TV ad campaign will begin Tuesday, according to Bradley opponents who track media purchases. The ad buy is between $390,000 and $415,000, they said. GOP Gov. Scott Walker appointed Bradley to the high court in October to fill out the remaining term of Justice N. Patrick Crooks, who died in September.
