HAMPTON— Police are searching for a second man who is charged in connection with the Dec. 1 fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Hampton man, a police spokesman said. Tyreek Jamal Braxton, 21, of Ransome Street in Hampton was identified as a second suspect in the killing of Bartholomew Kyle Robinson, 19, in December last year, said Hampton police spokesman Sgt.
